Frequently Asked Questions

  • We choose not to accept insurance because we want to provide care that truly focuses on your health and well-being, not what insurance companies dictate. Most insurance plans are designed for short-term symptom relief and treatments that often involve drugs or surgery. They typically don’t cover the kind of preventative, wellness-based care we offer.

At Hope Arise, we’re committed to addressing the root causes of your symptoms with gentle, specific chiropractic care and functional medicine—helping your body heal naturally instead of just masking issues.

By not dealing with insurance companies, we can keep our costs down and provide affordable care for the whole family. If you’d like, we’re happy to provide a superbill so you can file for reimbursement directly with your insurance. We also accept HSA and FSA payments and are here to help in any way we can.

  • We kindly ask everyone to remove their shoes indoors, and here’s why: Research shows our shoes bring in more than just dirt. A study from the University of Arizona found that the outside of shoes can carry an average of 421,000 bacteria, including E. coli, which can come from things like bird droppings, pet waste, and public restroom floors.

While we’re not germaphobes and believe in building strong immune systems through exposure, we also have little ones crawling around and want to create a clean and healthy space for everyone. Taking off shoes is a simple step that helps keep our environment safe and welcoming for all. Thank you for understanding!

  • Yes, of course. Although we specialize in women and children, dads need chiropractic and wellness care too. We would be happy to get them back in alignment so they can heal and thrive as well.

“Kayla is AMAZING! My baby was breech and she worked with me to help baby turn and helped getting baby to engage and now she’s worked with all four of my kiddos. They all love her and she is so sweet and patient with them. Can’t wait to go back and see her again!”
